I’m sat writing this in our new home which was made possible thanks to Serena! From the very beginning my first email was literally titled ‘Don’t know where to start’ and Serena has helped and advised every step of the way! We’ve had a turbulent 16 months in the house buying process and Serena was the only person who we could reply on to be honest and open with her responses.  We’ve vowed to never move again but when the time comes to remortgage we’ll be straight back to Serena. We can’t recommend Serena enough and have been telling anyone that will listen to use her. I needed to remortgage as a result of divorce.  My trading style had changed and I had other income I wanted to be factored in with being a sole income application.  The process was smooth.  I didn't feel the need to chase as I knew I would get updates when there was something to update.  I knew Serena had the experience and reputation to provide a high level service.  Getting a mortgage is stressful at the best of times however having someone who communicates at each step and is highly recommended makes it easier. Serena was absolutely amazing and worth every penny!! Such a small cost for so much help and reassurance. We initially reached out to Serena as first time buyers, to get an understanding of how long we needed to “wait” to get the ball rolling with the mortgage process as we thought we were still very much in the deposit saving stages. After a chat with Serena, we found we had a lot more flexibility then we thought and learned to not always take advice from the internet and social media. Fast forward just a few weeks, we have had an offer accepted on our first home & full mortgage application approved too. Thanks so much Serena. I had been following Serena on Instagram and thought when I’m ready to move I am going to contact her. I don’t regret this decision at all! I arranged my initial call with her which was the fact find and had psychologically prepared myself for her to tell me the steps to take in order to be ready to move. I was honestly blown away when she told me I could get a mortgage in principle and how much. I have been thinking about moving for the past few years after a divorce and I knew this was the right time after speaking to Serena. The process on her end was super speedy! Throughout the whole journey she was very supportive, patient and reassured me when things were turbulent. Serena is fantastic. I had a really fast turnaround with my re-mortgage and got numerous offers as she has access to all the market deals. Serena was quick to respond to my queries and explained everything really well. In the space of 5 days I'd had my fact find, presentation and a formal mortgage offer (and instructed solicitors).
